Ocean View Rooms

The Ocean View Double Rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful ocean views. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for one or two people. Each room has a King Bed or two Twin Beds, with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. These rooms are conveniently located in the main building just one floor below our workshop room and one floor above the dining room.

Mountain View Rooms

The Mountain View Rooms have a step-out balcony and large windows with an extraordinary mountain view to take in the true Costa Rica experience. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for one or two people. It has a King Bed or two Twin Beds with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

Pacifico Cottages

The Pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the ocean will rock you to sleep. These beautiful and rustic rooms have one Queen Bed for a single person or couple, an outdoor shower, air conditioning and feature a private porch with a hammock and a daybed, along with a safe big enough to fit a 17″ laptop. From the main building, the Cottages are a short walk down the hill towards the beach.

Nature Suites

Nature Suites are private, standalone cottages located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. They are beautifully designed with private bathrooms with a private outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each Suite can be set up with 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds to accommodate one or two people. Each suite has a separate area with a desk. All Suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

Garden Suite King Rooms

The Garden Suite King Rooms are the newest rooms on the property. They are budget-friendly (great value!) and are located just a 2-3 minute walk from the main building. Each room has a King Bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water, and air conditioning. These rooms can be booked by 1 person as a private room OR as a shared room with a partner/friend. 

Hermitage Queen Rooms

The Hermitage Queen Rooms are conveniently located in the main building and are budget friendly. Each room has a Queen Bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. Some rooms have seasonal partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby. These rooms can be booked by 1 person as a private room OR as a shared room with a partner/friend. 

Hermitage Twin Rooms

The Hermitage Twin Rooms are conveniently located in the main building and are budget friendly. Each room has 2 Twin Beds a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. Some rooms have seasonal partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby. These rooms can be booked by 1 person as a private room OR as a shared room with a partner/friend OR we can match you up with someone else taking the retreat.

Platform Tents

Glamping in Costa Rica: Each Platform Tent has a queen-sized regular mattress and is placed on a platform under a wooden roof for protection against the sun and rain. The Tents are surrounded by nature and close to a shared bathhouse. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided to guests. Guests in the Tents can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge.
