Your registration includes three delicious consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian meals a day. Fresh locally sourced fish is served three evenings per week and eggs are served every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while the buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options. To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains and legumes cooked without any seasonings or oils.

Paul Selig is a writer, empath and conscious channel. He received his Master's Degree from Yale and served on the faculty of NYU for over 25 years. A spiritual experience in 1987 left him clairvoyant. If you cancel your registration more than 6 months from the date of the retreat, you can receive a 75% refund. If you cancel your registration between 3 months and 6 months from the retreat date, you can receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your spot with less than 3 months until retreat date, no refund is possible.

We pay all of the funds to Blue Spirit in advance for our retreat, so if your flight is canceled or if you're unable to get to Costa Rica past our refund deadlines, we aren't able to offer any refunds.
